William Rylant Webb of New Port Richey, FL passed away on August 5, 2020.  He was a beloved husband, father, brother, papaw, uncle, and cousin. William was born on November 3, 1946 in Birmingham, AL to Homer I. and Edna Mae Webb. He attended Central Park Elementary School in Birmingham, AL.  After a family move to Texas, he graduated from Sherman High School in Sherman, TX.  Following high school he attended Southern Adventist University (Southern Missionary College) in Collegedale, TN where he prepared for ministry as a Seventh-Day Adventist Church pastor. William was a family oriented man of God. During his formative years in Alabama, he was surrounded by a large extended family. He was thankful for his close relationships with his siblings and his first, second, and third cousins. William had a contagious laugh that was easily recognized by all who knew him.
