Orsinger, Werner, 94, of New Port Richey, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2017 at the Marliere Care Center in New Port Richey, Florida. Werner was born on February 9, 1922 in Eigeltengen, Germany. He was the son of the late, Emil and Betty Orsinger. Werner worked as the owner and operator of his own insurance company. He relocated to Florida in 1971, coming from Framingham, Massachusetts. Werner loved music and playing his accordian. He is described as a person who enjoyed life and always tried to live life to the fullest. Werner had a great sense of humor and was an all around friend to everyone he met.

Werner is survived in his passing by his loving wife, Fay Orsinger; daughter, Monique (Hendrikus) Verlouw; grandsons, Patrick and Kevin; sister, Marianne Orsinger Fortlouis; and cousin, Steven Fortlouis.
