Tom, I am glad you are no longer suffering. We shared something beautiful. Our son Jason. Thank you for him. And may you rest in peace. Leslie .

RIP. Dad. I wish we would have met at some point in your life. May the wind be at your back. Your son.

My Brother-in-law Tom, served our Country with the 82nd Airborne All American Division in Vietnam for two tours. Thankfully, he survived and came back to the states. After his Honorable discharge, he became a Long Haul Transport driver for various companies and continued his career as an independent "18 wheeler". Tom enjoyed motorcycles, boating and fishing. He had a sly wit and an infectious grin. Miss you big guy.
Eulogy for a Veteran
Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the Gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the mornings hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight,
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there, I did not die.
