Somsak  Holycross 49, of Land O’ Lakes FL, passed away on February 28, 2022, He was born November 26, 1972, in Thailand to Edwin and Malee Holycross.  Somsak was a veteran in United States Army.

He loved cooking for friends and family, football, fine dining, music, and seeing/traveling the world.  He loved gardening, and was very proud that he propagated plumeria to share with neighbors.

Although, he never had children of his own, he loved to make children smile.  He liked everyone he met to feel special and remembered by the smallest detail about them.  He was a perfectionist, loved neatness and order and made sure his socks were perfectly folded.

Somsak is survived by his sister Margaret Bustamante (Victor),  brother John Holycross (Aryon), brother Charoon Holycross (Napaporn), niece Augustina Castanon (Terrance Mleczko), nephew James Holycross, nephew Tanisorn Holycross, dearest family friends Jack and Laura Kuttas, and Rebecca Beach.

 

Military Honors will be March 28, 2022, at 1100, at Bay Pine National Cemetery, 10,000 Bay Pines Blvd, St. Petersburg, FL 33706
