Sharon Renay "Spike" Shaw

January 1, 1964 - October 9, 2021

Sharon Renay Shaw, age 57, of New Port Richey, passed away October 9, 2021. She was born in Virginia to Charles and Pauline Surber on January 1, 1964. Renay, or “Spike” as she was also known, came to Florida around 1980. She held many jobs throughout her life, but most notably owned and operated A Awesome Septic company for many years.

Renay loved Harleys and riding. She was very outgoing, wasn’t shy with her opinion and was always up to something. She loved her family dearly.

Aside from her parents, Renay is preceded in death by her son, John Luke; her step-father, Cecil Creel; her siblings, Charles Surber, Jr. and Starlynn Surber. She is survived by her daughter, Casandra (Robert) Thomas; her brother, Keith; her sisters, Teresa (Larry) Rhoades and Kat (Reid) Edmonds; and her grandchilren: Devon, Hannah, and Hunter.
