Raymond Robert Kessler Sr went to be with the Lord July 17, 2020 after losing his battle with Covid-19. He was born August 23,1929 in Paterson, NJ to Frank and Marie Kessler. His career consisted of 22 years as a lace weaver in Paterson, NJ and 22 years as a Toyota mechanic in New Port Richey, Fl.   He is preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Hazel, his parents and brother Arthur. He is survived by his sons Raymond Kessler Jr (Cindy) of Shacklefords, VA and Scott Kessler of New Port Richey, FL; daughters Christina Marston (Charles) of Lynchburg, VA, and Cynthia Cornelius (Nehemiah) of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren Christina Ward (Ben) of New Kent VA, Faith and Adam Beeler of Lynchburg, VA, and Mya Cornelius of Orlando, FL; his great grandchildren Brooke and Benjamin Jr Ward and Atlas Staton.  He loved camping, visiting historical sites and car shows.   He belonged to a gospel quartet at Elfers Baptist Church and enjoyed singing in numerous church choirs. He loved to sing special music with his children.  He will be missed until we meet again in Heaven.
