Leek, Kenneth D. passed away on April 9, 2014 in New Port Richey, Florida. Ken was born on October 6, 1927 to Earl and Matilda Leek in Starkweather, North Dakota. He was a retired cabinet maker and WWII Veteran who served in the United States Navy. He was very proud to have served his country. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Sandra; children Mark Leek, Shannon Barr, David Jeff Smith, and Tracie Smith-Leek; sister Lavaunne “Sis” Vanest; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sons Mike & Steven Leek and brothers Vern & Veryl. Kenneth will be laid to rest with military honors at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida on Friday April 18, 2014. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the HPH Hospice or Disabled Veterans.
