Marlene Kay "Kay" Kaiser

February 7, 1944 - March 19, 2019

Marlene Kay Kaiser, age 75, of Rosemont, IL, passed away on March 19, 2019. Kay was born on February 7, 1944 in Chicago, IL to William Jauch and Miriam Alveada Johnson. She and her husband have been winter residents of New Port Richey since retiring from the banking industry.

Kay and her husband, Paul August Kaiser, met in the sandbox 72 years ago, and have been married for 54 years of that time. Paul describes Kay as “perfect”. She always had an opinion, whether you wanted to hear it or not, but she was also always a friend you could depend on. She was an honest and God-fearing woman. Kay absolutely loved Las Vegas. She enjoyed playing cards and visiting the casinos, as well as bowling, traveling, and fishing. Her fair skin kept her from the sun, but she enjoyed visiting lakes in the mountains.

Kay is survived by her adoring husband, Paul; her son, Darin Kurt Kaiser; her daughter, Deborah Lynn Pepel (Dennis); her sister, Chick Schiller; and many dear friends and extended family. She joins her parents and her brother William Bruce Jauch who have already passed on.

Visitation hours for Kay will be held at Michels & Lundquist Funeral Home on Thursday, March 21, from 12pm to 2:30pm. A service will commence at 2:30pm.
