Sumrall, Kathy R, 53, of New Port Richey, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2019. Kathy was born in Baltimore, Maryland on January 1, 1966. She was the daughter of the late, Phillip and Judy (Schwarz) Hite. Kathy is survived by her loving family and friends. No services are to be held at this time.
