Vorbeck, Joseph, 86, of Trinity passed away on July 13, 2019 with his family around him. He is survived by his wife, Marie, his three children: Gregg of New Port Richey, Douglas (Jackie) of Safety Harbor, and Ronda (Kevin) O’Brien of Clearwater; his nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren; two brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Joseph grew up in Livonia, Michigan where he and his late wife, Carol, raised their three children. He retired from Ford Motor Company and pursued a career in commercial real estate, culminating in his 30 year ownership of Grand Bay Mobile Home Estates in Dunedin. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. A Viewing will take place at Michels and Lundquist Funeral Home in New Port Richey on Thursday evening, July 18, 5:30-7:00, followed by a Celebration of life service at 7:00. Burial will take place at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fl. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Children’s Summer Camps, Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove in Asheville, NC, by visiting their website at: TheCove.org.
