Jennifer Joan Phillips of Port Richey, passed away February 2nd 2022 after a long battle with COPD. She was 50 years old. Originally from Flagtown, New Jersey. Jennifer Graduated from Hillsboro High school in 1989. She was a longtime waitress and restaurant manager. Jennifer Loved the beach, collecting sea glass, and making jewelry. She was considered by many as a fun loving, very funny, Life long “Hippie”. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. She leaves behind a sister, Dawn Phillips of Seaside Heights, N.J., one brother Christopher of San Antonio, Texas, two sons, Zachary 16 and Trevor 20, both of Port Richey, and a longtime companion and father of her children, Thomas Weathers of Port Richey.
