Passed Away: May 16, 2019

Adams, Effie Jean, of Tarpon Springs, passed away on May 16, 2019. Effie was born in Norton, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late, Samuel and Effie (Mullins) Bolling. Effie worked as an insurance adjuster for AAA insurance company. She later moved to Tarpon Springs in 1985, coming from Winter Park, Florida. Effie was a member of the First Assembly of God of New Port Richey, Florida. She loved to travel and especially loved her trip every few years to Israel.

Effie was predeceased by her husband, Frank Adams and her son, Marcus Adams. Effie is survived by her grandsons, Zachary, Benjamin, and Nathaniel Adams.

A memorial service is to take place on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 1 pm at the First Assembly of God, located at 6310 Trouble Creek Road, New Port Richey, Florida 34653. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the First Assembly of God. Effie will be interred, with her husband, at the Florida national Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
