Delehanty, Daniel A. 81, of Hudson, FL. passed away on August 28, 2015 at the Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point. He was a retired Postal Clerk with the U.S. Postal Service. Daniel served his country during the Korean Conflict as a Marine. He was preceded in death by his loving wife; Joan and a son; Timothy. He is survived by his son; Gregory, daughter; Jodana, six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Inurnment will take place at Florida National Cemetery at a later date.

    My sincerest sympathy in your loss. I worked alongside Danny for many years at the USPS. It was always a pleasure to be in his company. He was always Happy go lucky. Never knew what color hair he would come into work with next. I made him a Cake for his Birthday one year as a Joke it was made of sponge and decorated and we had so many laughs over it. One guy who tried to bite into it even lot his false teeth on it. I just saw and spoke with Danny on the 22nd of August 2015 at a co-workers Memorial Service, so was shocked to hear of his passing. Also knew Joan very well, May they be together again and rest in piece together. Anna Rck
