    Jerry Ross says:
I think I was 9 or 10 when we moved into a neighborhood and Austin lived across the street. We were good friends throughout school . After school I went into the Navy and did not see Austin for a while.i did see him on and off after the Navy, then for the last forty years, I moved to Fla and did not see him again until last October in Sarasota. It was like we took up where we left off after school. I considered Austin a very good friend. I know he has been through hell with illnesses, and now he is at peace. RIP my good friend.

God Bless you Austin, you'll be sorely missed. Although we haven't seen each other for a long time, I know we'll have lunch together again some day. I'd like to quote Hank Williams from Beyond The Sunset, "We've known so much of happiness, We've had our cup of joy, And memory is one gift of God, That death can not destroy. R I P Buddy
