William "Bill" Watson

November 14, 1971 - July 4, 2019

Bill passed away peacefully on the 4th of July (leave it to him to go out with a BANG!) comforted by his wife, sis and b.i.l. from sudden illness due to Pneumonia complicated by ARDS. He is survived by his wife Laura Watson (his Lovey). His mother Bursona Lee Tucker, stepsons Timothy and Michael Dunston and sister and brother-in-law Vicky and Guy VanDunk. As well as his Floppy-footed puppy Ralph and Ewok Jack. Born in Vineland NJ. As a teen he was most proud of purchasing his first vehicle on his own and continued to be a lover of purchasing vehicles, routinely, because he could. In his twenties he proudly served as a Fireman for Cumberland County NJ. He not only worked for (14 yrs) but became dear lifelong friends with Fernando Pinho and family, owner of Lowther’s Contracting. Having found his soulmate, in his now wife Laura in 2010, they moved to their Forever Florida Home in 2016. He was a “top-shelf” husband and his Lovey’s best friend as well as an awesome stepfather.   Bill was most excited about fireworks in Florida, handing out candy to trick-or-treaters and “my friend TREE!”.  He became a member of the Empire Finish Systems LLC family in 2017 as Director of Operations-Drywall and Framing. Bill was a hard worker full of ambition and dreams for the future. He excelled at his trade and his pride in what he did shined through. Bill loved life and thrived on making his Lovey happy, righting the wrongs of the world via social media and the friends/family he made along his beautiful journey. Living for him was like a child opening the best gift on Christmas day, every day. Bill was a sweet, funny, charming, selfless and exuberant man who never took a bad picture and always found a reason to smile. Bill’s genuine and honest soul will live on in the hearts and memories of those he loved and who loved him in return.

What our families say...

“When my sister-in-law passed away unexpectedly, me and my family were thrust into this process for the first time. Charlie Webster was my first and only contact with Michels & Lundquist and he was FANTASTIC from start to finish. He was sensitive, understanding and fully explained the process and made things easy for me during a very difficult time. The services were carried out flawlessly and the pricing was very reasonable. I am very thankful for his kind words and conscientious work. I would HIGHLY recommend Michels & Lundquist and Mr. Webster.”
