    Carol Female Schroeder says:
This is coming 7 years too late, but I worked for your dad in Pompano Beach when he was a Vice President at Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association. I was his assistant manager over Real Estate Owned properties. He was so fun to work for and was the kindest man. He always had a smile and I loved working for him. I remember one time we were traveling together on an acquisition in a small town in Ohio. On the way back to the airport I was remarking how you can't get good corn on the cob in Florida and he made an effort to find a produce stand where I could buy corn to take back on the plane... almost made us late, but he thought it was a hoot and I certainly enjoyed the corn. I moved away from Florida and over the years lost touch but I think of him often and wish I had known of his passing. My hearts go out to you and your families as I am sure he has left a hole. God bless!
