	Thank you for your interest in Michels and Lundquist Funeral Home Our property is located at 5228 Trouble Creek Road in New Port Richey, Florida. We have two viewing rooms, one of which is a 140 seat chapel. Our property also has a private courtyard garden and ample parking for larger attendance. --------------------------------------- Please refer below for details of our facility.

Chapel	1,935 Square Feet	140 seats, pulpit and organ... This room is bright and “airy”
Viewing Room #2	800 Square Feet	Includes an organ
Private Courtyard / Garden	2,190 Square Feet	Includes Gazebo
Lounge	831 Square Feet Plus Kitchen Area	Large enough for big groups but designed to be comfortable for smaller groups too... Also, In-house kitchen service is available
Meeting Rooms / Waiting Areas	3,000 Suare Feet	Four areas are available... One includes a fireplace
Rest Room Facilities	Two Areas	Including handicapped accessible
Conference / Arrangement Room	Approximately 200 Square Feet	Used for clergy and occasionally visitors
Parking	Two Acres	Ample Parking... Front, back and side of building. Our lots have recently been repaved
